Michelle Gachet is an independent photographer and videographer whose work focuses on themes related to daily life, LGBTQ rights and gender issues. She has created multimedia content for the Ministry of Culture in Ecuador, UN Women, SOS Children’s Villages, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and the United Nations Development Program. She is currently editing a behind-the-scenes video for an Ecuadorean documentary called "Who Killed My Father?" Gachet is a member of Women Photograph and the instagram community of @everydaylatinamerica. She based in Quito, Ecuador.
With creative director Soledad Rosales, we worked on a video that highlights the trajectory of one of the most influential Ecuadorean Filmmakers, Sebastián Cordero. During this shoot I operated camera and edited the video.

Behind the scenes of the second edition of the Festival of Lights in Quito, Ecuador, with insight of the french and ecuadorean artists who developed the project. The streets of old Quito flooded with excited by passers.
