Bertrand "Bertie" Guez is a Washington DC-based documentary and commercial DP, video journalist and video editor. His work includes feature documentaries, branding content, corporate and music videos. His clients include international and national networks like AL JAZEERA , BBC, CBC, ARTE, TF1 and FRANCE TELEVISIONS. His collaborations on branded content and corporate videos include major international companies like LEDGER, ORANO, CITELUM-EDF and TOPO-CHICO. His work with music artists such as Foreign Air, Three Of A Kind, Peter Von Poehl and Clovis Nicolas can be seen all the main digital platforms like YouTube or Instagram. His years of experience as correspondent journalist-cameraman and producer for French National Television allowed him to travel all over the United States and South America. He covered major historic political and cultural events like Haiti's earthquake, the 2010 BP oil spill in the Golf of Mexico, the 2014 Soccer World Cup in Brazil, Fidel Castro's death in Cuba, and US Presidential Elections in 2012, 2016 and 2020. The Masaya volcano is a unique place he had to explore by day and night as part of his expedition.

    Seven students from ISAE SUPAERO, the first aerospace engineering school in France participated in a three-week field simulation at the Mars Desert Research Station in the desert of Utah. The goal was to simulate a mission on planet Mars to gather data for future human exploration. Under confinement and stress situation, the students had to conduct scientific experiments and explore the terrain.

Workers from all over the country are coming into town to work on oil rigs, transportation or engineering.

    This story for the Canadian show "La Facture" on Radio Canada covers the safety issue around vehicles equipped with panoramic sunroofs. In Canada and North America, exploding sunroofs have spiked in recent years along with complaints from consumers. Although this occurrence is well known by the auto industry, automakers are not acknowledging or resolving the issue.
