With record high housing prices, Portland city council needed to consider more flexible infill housing options in its zoning code to help ease the crunch. Leading up to their vote, I created a video for nonprofit housing coalition Portland for Everyone. It explains the policy-heavy Residential Infill Project using historical context and firsthand accounts from those struggling to afford housing.
Worked with London-basd firm WebsEdge and a local film crew to produce a video on the state government agency I was working for, the Oregon Dept. of Geology and Mineral Industries (DOGAMI). It profiled our agency’s mission and was screened at the annual convention of the Geological Society of America.
