Resistance art: Elisa Insua
A local Buenos Aires artist uses mixed materials to create visually engaging artwork that speaks about capitalism, consumerism, and sustainability. 24 year old Elisa Insua collects things people throw away -markers, old computers, ipods, coins, buttons- and combines them into colorful and thought provoking collages. She's definitely moving towards becoming a young exponent of modern and pop art.
