I am an award-winning multi-platform journalist and documentary filmmaker currently based in Kampala, Uganda. I spent the last two years working producing investigative and breaking news, as well as arts and culture videos for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in Toronto, Canada. I have over ten years of filmmaking experience, specializing in cinematography and documentary projects in Canada.

Commissioned by CBC Music as behind-the-scenes videographer for season 4 of the Backstage Pass television show. Full day shoots where I was responsible for capturing arrival, sound check, interview, green room activities and audience experience for multiple concerts produced and shot by CBC Music. Shot on Canon C100mkii, and included slow motion, handheld and slider videography.

Commissioned by Q on CBC Radio One to shoot in-studio interviews for digital and the Q television program.
Asked to create a video series similar to Baracks Dubs. I performed all visual research, hunting through Parliament transcripts, all campaign speech transcripts and CBC archive interviews to find moments where Justin Trudeau clearly said the words we needed for the song. Edited together in Final Cut Pro.
Commissioned by CBC Music to edit special Rio Olympics version of Coleman Hell performing 2 Heads. Edited in Adobe Premiere using multi-cam editing, switching between 49 separate camera angles. Minor colour correction.
