This project was the first of a series of five corporate documentaries about the work UNICEF does in Guyana. Through my film company, Wildfire Films, I was responsible for the majority of the shooting and did all of the post production work. This is the shortened version of a documentary I produced concerning the copyright legislation in Guyana. It was a personal project and I was responsible for all aspects of production. I shot the video for this piece while working with LRTT and their volunteers. The video was for a documentary, but was also used to create this promotional video. This video was my thesis work for my MA in International Multimedia Journalism with the University of Bolton. I created this video for the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) through the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP), documenting a project they had in Guyana. I was responsible for the filming, photography and post production, though I did use some photos from the subjects.
