Una comunidad de jóvenes, liderados por Bairon Palomenque que han recurrido al baile urbano como manera de combatir la delincuencia, la violencia, la pobreza, y otros malestares. Ahora, en una casa abandonada de la que se apropiaron, imparten talleres de baile a los que se han sumado más de 200 bailarines. Además filman una película para mostrar el malestar de las vidas en la delinciencia.
