The English Language Fellow Program is a U.S. Department of State-funded exchange for TESOL educators. Fellows travel or live in countries around the world on U.S. Embassy projects that last 10 months. This is part of a series of recruitment videos I produced/filmed/edited for the ELF program. The Low Income Housing Tax Credit - Family Scholar House
The low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program, created in 1986 and made permanent in 1993, is an indirect federal subsidy used to finance the construction and rehabilitation of low-income affordable rental housing. This was part of a series of videos I shot & edited for LIHTCC to raise awareness about the program amongst the public and members of Congress.
