Voice of America (VOA) is the largest U.S. international broadcaster, providing news and information in more than 40 languages to an estimated weekly audience of 236.6 million people. VOA produces content for digital, television, and radio platforms. It is easily accessed via your mobile phone and on social media. It is also distributed by satellite, cable, FM and MW, and is carried on a network of more than 2500 affiliate stations.

Started in radio in Cincinnati, Ohio at the age of 14. Found my first professional on-air job at 16 at WMWM Radio in Wilmington, Ohio in 1973. Most of the years since have been spent in radio. Worked freelance for eight years beginning in 1997. I've served as News Director for WMOT Radio in Murfreesboro, Tenn. since 2011. I occasionally teach Broadcast News 101 classes at Middle Tenn. State Univ. as an Adjunct Professor.
