1st July entry into force Gag Law in Spain and on 30th June there is a march against it. This law restricts people’s rights to protest, introducing extreme fines for protesters gathering outside the Parliament and public buildings without permission (everything from hospitals to universities and government buildings), taking pictures/videos of the police or hanging banners in buildings.

“Infecting the city” is an art and theater festival that will transform the streets of the south african city for a week. The center of the city will be full of free performances and public visual art during daytime and night. In communal spaces, accessible to everyone and out of theatres and galleries, this festival has been designed to be entertaining, as well as politically charged.
