Alister Robbie has been involved in film, television, and video for over 20 years, as an editor, director, camera operator, producer, post-production supervisor — if there’s a job that involves moving pictures, he’s probably done it. He founded The Post Project in 2010 with the idea that large and small brands should have access to top-notch video production and post-production services, with access to the best gear and seasoned professionals. We have delivered content in sixteen languages, filmed in ten countries across four continents, and delivered to platforms as diverse as television, cinema, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as native sites and apps. The Post Project is anchored by a tight core team with backgrounds encompassing film, television, post-production, advertising, marketing, and journalism. And we’ve got relationships with the best technical and creative professionals in Australia, so we can always put together the right team for every job.
Recently, we got to thinking that it has been a huge couple of years for us. We’ve had a chance to work on some brilliant projects with amazing clients. So we decided to dip back into the well and put together this collection of some of our favourite images. We’re lucky enough to be proud of the work we do, and hope you enjoy this little stroll down memory lane as much as we have.

We combined our appreciation for Pale Ale and the character of Creatures’ Fremantle home with one of our favourite storytelling devices: the oral history. By harnessing these voices and marrying them with images from a day in the life of Fremantle, we tried to capture the spirit of Pale Ale, where the whole journey started.

In this case, we were lucky enough to document the 2014 Royal Melbourne Wine Awards, from the judging through to the awards presentation. In the process, we spoke to the country’s best winemakers, and some of the best judges on the planet, about what makes these awards so special.
