A Filmmaker, Screenwriter and Freelance Journalist, he currently works as a field supervisor and mentor and sometimes as an MMJ at Northern Arizona University School of Communications television news broadcast station NAZ Today. The student-run organization broadcasts a nightly 30-minute program that includes news reports, weather forecasting and local sports updates. He received his Bachelors of Science in Creative Media and Film in 2017, and has been working with the School of Communications since then in a supervisory role, the students benefit having an experienced professional. Sakya has been active in videography and filmmaking for several years.

Closing Statements at Jones Trial
The Jones murder trial comes to a close as both the prosecution and defense teams made their closing statements today. Ammon Barker, Prosecutor, urged jurors to look at the law when deciding whether Jones is guilty. Burges McCowan, Defense attorney, presented evidence of self-defense to jurors.The trial is now in recess as the jury deliberates a final verdict on the first-degree murder case.
