About
I am a final year journalism student based in Dublin. I am originally from Carlow, Ireland and am a keen follower of current affairs and sport. I am the current station manager of DCUtv, the student run TV station in DCU. I founded DCUtv News last year, which now runs fortnightly news broadcasts with the latest news stories from around campus. Recently, I have completed video work at Web Summit 2015 and Storyful. I am currently working on a few projects for Conradh na Gaeilge, a charity that promotes the Irish language in Ireland.

DCUtv News Broadcast
This is a sample of a DCUtv News Broadcast. We use these broadcasts to teach students the basics of video journalism. My role in these news broadcasts is setting up and running the TV studio, editing packages and producing the final broadcast. I am also on hand to lend a hand to the students creating packages, offering tips and advice.
