About Josh

I’m a surfer, sailer, intramural-softball player and adventure junkie. Growing up in Florida, I developed an early bond with the ocean, which influences my creative endeavors. I attended the University of Miami and received a BS in Biology. After graduating, I focused on connecting people to the natural world through digital media. I started my career as a photographer for the University of Miami Shark Research and Conservation Program. I’ve traveled and worked in over 35 countries across 5 continents, partnering with global brands and organizations to communicate their vision. In my pursuit of story, I’ve sailed across the Atlantic Ocean, trekked through Yellowstone mid-winter, and held my breath with the ocean’s top predators.
