The Great lakes surf rescue project travels around the Great Lakes and helping teach local surfers to be life guards in case there is an emergency.
The film investigates Lake Erie and the large mass of Algae that forms due to the AG runoff out of the Major rivers. The Algae is Toxic to consume and brings troubling problems to the cities on the lake.
