About
I am a Salvadoran documentary filmmaker with an interest in the history, economy, ecology and culture of the peoples of Latin America. I have worked as a senior consultant for international organizations making corporate or institutional videos for local counterparts. I have dabbled in video art and I have also done journalistic reports. My first documentary as a director, Herederos de Cushcatan, was an official selection at the Bogotá International Film Festival, Icaro Film Festival, and Central American Film Festival in Vienna. My next film El Campeón de Polo, about the life of the Enrique Álvarez Córdova, was selected by the International Film Festival of Panama, an industry section for a film music workshop.
