I was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and moved to the United States when I was five years old. I taught myself photography while studying at the University of Stony Brook in New York. Since then, I have worked as a freelancer, mainly based between New York and Southeast Asia. Currently I am based in New York City. I speak Russian, Thai, and Burmese on a conversational level.
