Mr. Mustafa EFE was born on February 02, 1977, in Konya, Türkiye. He completed his high school at Konya İmam Hatip High School. He graduated from the Faculty of Theology in Istanbul University and International Relations at the Faculty of Economics in Anadolu University. He worked as a Manager at the “Language Centre International” in South Africa and as a Director of “Africa Social Studies and Research Centre” in Johannesburg, South Africa from 2002-2010. He attended numerous national and international conferences, workshops and symposiums on African and International issues. He worked at the Office of Prime Ministry Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities as an Expert and Advisor to President from 2011 to 2018. He worked as the Head of Department of Africa at Turkish Maarif Foundation from 2018 to 2019. He has been appointed as the Head of Department of International Relations at Council of Higher Eduction of Republic of Türkiye in February 2019. He is the President of Africa Centre for Strategic Studies since 2012.
