Senior Journalist, Author, Trainer and Executive Director Reachout Foundation and founder editor Ourstories. I have been with broadcast journalism for over two decades of which 18 years was at (New Delhi Television) NDTV where I was a resident editor. My work ,however, has always been on the ground travelling mostly into conflict zones. In 2011 I joined a think tank (Institute for Defence Studies Analyses) IDSA as the Chair, Internal Security and a Senior Fellow on a sabbatical. My first non-fiction was Che in Paona Bazaar (Pan Macmillan 2013) and in 2015 I published Blood on My Hands: Confessions of Staged Encounters (Harper Collins)
