León Torres is a cinematographer from Durango, Mexico. Currently studying a Master of Arts in Cinematography at Aalto University / ELO Film School and is an alumnus of Columbia College Chicago. He has experience working in different productions in various countries such as the United States, Mexico & Finland. His detail-oriented approach to lighting and composition allows him to sculpt textured and atmospheric frames. He values a wide view on art, literature & history, as well as keeping an open mind, which allows him to create purposeful cinematographic compositions and sequences of light and shadow.
