My name is Camila and I´m a visual artist with wide experience on documentaries. I have worked as a producer, filmmaker and writer in a diverse range of audiovisual projects. I've acknowledge experience on all the production processes and got involved with research, writing and conceptual development for audiovisual pieces. I consider myself a creative, responsible, excellent working partner. I'm kind of an introvert, but friendly and disciplined. I have worked for Discovery Channel, Nat Geo, TLC, PBS among others. Carolina Herrera de Baéz: Un viaje por los sentidos
As Head of Production and Development this 2x22 minute episode is a lifestyle documentary, showing the creative and conceptual process Carolina Herrera goes through in order to create her fragrances. The documentary shows different places, people, food and rituals along latin America, were Carolina experiences and discovers authentic processes were she gets her inspirations from.

A sloth named Velcro
In 2000 in the jungles of Panama, a young journalist, named Ana, has a chance encounter with a tiny orphaned sloth, which she names Velcro. For nearly two years, the pair is inseparable until finally Ana travels up a remote river to reintroduce Velcro back to the wild. I did the local production in Medellin, served as a fixer for Ana Salceda, the director and Mark Carroll, the DOP .

Manifesto! was a trendy, fashion tv show hosted by Venezuelan model Eglantina Zingg, who searches across latin America, new trends, cool places, meets new fashion designers, innovative ideas and interacts with every interest character who is having his/her breakthrough moment.

"En Tic Confio" Campaign
This 4 videos Campaigns were created with Sesame street workshop, sponsored by the Colombian Communications and Technology Ministry to educate kids on a responsible and healthy way to use the internet. I work in this project as a production assistant, script and art assistant.
