Founder of Damavand Media production company and various startups he has extensive experience in various aspects of film, media and broadcast industry. During 15 years of working as a broadcast journalist in various international news networks he has taken on various roles across different teams and departments in within the industry: (Senior) broadcast journalism, planning, newsgathering, Talkshows, digital, and archives and documentary filmmaking. In addition to a strong track record of working independently, I have he is highly experienced in working in a team both as a member and leader. Nima Barazandeh is a Film Producer and Director for documentaries with experience in broadcast journalism and producing factual video content for TV and digital platforms. With a background in philosophy my work often reflects my passion and interest in people. Nima's academic background in philosophy informs and enhances his documentary and long-form news research skills. His professional background in film and television, academic background in humanities and experience in the NGO and charity sector has helped him form a unique perspective on film and media production.
