I am a Dolby Vision certified colorist and award-winning cinematographer. I am also an associate member of the Canadian Society of Cinematographers. I’ve studied filmmaking at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. I've studied cinematography with Steven Drellich (Jason Bourne), and Dejan Georgevich ASC (Academy Member) at SVA. I specialize in narrative and documentaries, commercials, branded content, music videos, and social media content. I have also taken workshops and classes on color/image science, custom film print emulation, color-managed workflows, creating custom film stocks, ShowLut design by Cullen Kelly/legendary Dr. Mitch Bogdanowicz, Walter Volpatto (Dunkirk, The Dark Knight), Advanced look creation by Dado Valentic of Colour Intelligence (Game of Thrones, Marco Polo), and Competency-based Resolve training and long-form workflow by TAC (Technicolor employee), Netflix workflow by Toby Tomkins and Francesco Luigi (Netflix Imaging Technologist), Dolby Vision Workflow by Jose Luis Tamez, Dolby Vision Training by Dolby Studios. I recently got certified by Dolby Vision to color grade and deliver in Dolby Vision HDR for Netflix and other platforms. I do offer Dolby Vision, HDR10, and DCP delivery packages. Although I can color grade in FCPX and Adobe Premiere Pro, my preferred color grading software is Davinci Resolve Studio. Today, anybody can have nice-looking footage with most digital cameras. However, as professional filmmakers, we manipulate what is inside and outside the frame. Color Grading is a crucial step in that manipulation for any professional production.
