A Filmmaker, based in Accra, Ghana focused on creating documentary, commercials and films for brands across Africa and beyond. My works delve into the depths of truth, life, and unyielding authenticity through story telling and immersive installations. Considering that every vision starts with a thought my company (VISIONINVIEW) is designed to bring to view the vision every project carries by adding value to the project from start to finish. Over the past six years my company has worked with an array of brands in the sports, auto, fashion, Philanthropy, pharmaceutical, arts and Culture (Puma, Scania, Ebony, British Council, AstraZeneca, Si Hene, Gallery 1957, Ajabeng, Christie Brown and Open Society foundation.
Rita Mawuena Benissan is an artist and historian whose practice delves into the royal umbrella which is transformed from an object into a subject for dialogues within the preservation and honouring of Ghanaian Heritage. During her first solo show at Gallery 1957 she exhibited an array of works ranging from royal umbrellas to tapestries stools and totems.
This collection was a result of a collaborative effort between a fashion designer (Ajabeng) and an artist (Okuntakinte) exploring the coinciding points between the two art forms and delivering an experience that celebrates their essence.
Scania Buffalo Campaign was a campaign to introduce their new tipper truck into the west Africa region, specifically to the mining industries. This campaign was shot as the truck was taken through a series of exercises at the mining field
This is a documentary series about the Strength, struggles and independence of the African creative; this is the Ugandan perspective. This Documentary filmed in Uganda, by Ugandans, highlights the potential, strength and self starting spirit of the Ugandan filmmaking and Photography Community and it’s ability to break boundaries and change negative narratives of the African Filmmaker and Photographer. Ghana's living lab is an afforestation exercise being undertaken by Astrazeneca in efforts to contribute to the Global Goals of Climate Change. This exercise is in progress at Atebubu in Ghana featuring local farmers being taught modern ways to include tree planting in their farming exercise so as to replenish the earth and yielding a better environment.
