About
Adam Vazquez is a filmmaker & content creator with a history of diverse high profile projects across NYC. He co-produced and edited the web documentary series "Other Boys NYC", which is about the lives of fifty queer and trans men of color living in New York City. The series has received much buzz and it has been written about in NBC News, Vice, Time Out NYC, Mashable, Remezcla, Out, and HuffPost. He was an Associate Producer and Casting Director for the short film Luz Marina, which premiered at the 2019 HBO's New York Latino Film Festival. He wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning short film “Keep Me Safe”, featured in the Katra Film Series, Videology Local Filmmaker Showcase “Select Shorts”, and the Fall 2014 Series at NewFilmmakers NY. He was the Managing Director of Blue Jean Studio, a photo/video/event space, where he garnered clients such as NBC Universal, MTV, TLC, VH1, Spotify, and Victoria's Secret. At the Benu Agency, he produced successful crowdfunding content marketing campaigns for tech and lifestyle products that have raised $958,240 in total. Recently, he has gone onto being a freelance video editor and motion designer for GLAAD. Additionally, he is a production coordinator for brands such as Showtime, WeWork, Estée Lauder, and State Farm.
