Two Kinds of Water charts the unbreakable bond between a fisherman and his wife as they face often unbearable challenges fighting to keep their young family afloat in one of Africa’s most vulnerable fishing communities. They tell a unique and powerful story which raises awareness and understanding of the safety challenges faced everyday by these small-scale artisanal fishers as they battle climate change, reducing stocks and threats from larger vessels – all while embracing and celebrating the oceans which form such an important part of their culture, their history and ultimately, their survival.
