Obsessive with the deadline, the time of my team and my clients. I have participated and won together with animators, directors, designers in awards such as the BDA/PROMAX. Throughout 16 years practicing all areas of visual communication I have learned that teamwork is the most important thing. You have to take care of the team, teach it, learn from it and above all know its limits in order to establish real execution times. I have worked in all areas of visual communication and design and that experience has given me the foundations to be able to build solid, quality projects in the expected time, finally this translates into greater productivity and profit for companies. What I enjoy the most is putting together multidisciplinary work teams, detecting the capacities of each one to take them to the limit. Clients and friends describe me as a person who communicates ideas, listens, is flexible, open to learn, with character, but above all a leader. My native language is Spanish. I studied and graduated in English at Aston University. I am in the middle of my Italian certification and I expect to complete it by the end of 2021. I have Venezuelan and also Italian Nacionality. I love my wife, in love with my 2-year-old baby, a lover of family and stability in my home. I practice enduro and mountain bike daily.
