About
Carlos Gonzalez is the owner of Illumiret Productions—established in Miami, Florida in 2010. Illumiret is credited with both the production and post-production of various films, documentaries and advertising campaigns. Early in his career Carlos established himself as a craft-editor who learned the art of storytelling. He later took interest in cinematography, photography and directing— allowing him to embody a nimble approach in business. Illumiret Productions was tapped to produce many of the Hispanic Ads for the Biden campaign during the 2020 Presidential race. In 2018 IllumiretProductions partnered up with Creative Preserve and director C.Burn Miller to produce the film Between Sins which is currently in on Amazon Prime, Comcast Xfinity and other platforms. A focus in Carlos’ work is storytelling through a humanistic perspective. He is drawn towards individuals and ideas that promote respect for the individual, empathy, optimism and a worldview approach towards problem solving.

After serving five years in prison, Coy returns home with determination to avoid the people and situations that sent him down a path astray from his religious roots. Almost immediately, Coy is thrown into having to care for his ill mother and adapt to being a father to an estranged daughter. Once Pudda, Coy's old friend, comes back around expecting their street life to resume, Coy’s determination to change is put to the test.
