While studying journalism at Marmara University, I did a double major in the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema. After my undergraduate education, I completed my master's degree with thesis at the Institute of Social Sciences, Information Sciences, Department of Journalism at the same university. During my education period, I started working in television newsrooms. I gained important experiences and networks in the newsroom. I worked as a journalist at IMC TV, Bianet (freelance), Medyascope (freelance), BBC Turkish and Artı TV - Artı Gerçek. My career started as an editor and continued as a reporter. I have prepared and presented many television programs, focusing on politics, ecology, human rights and the judiciary. Between 2019-2023, I worked as the Turkey Media Coordinator of Amnesty International, the world's largest human rights organization based in London.
