For me, documentaries are cinematic tools to understand ourselves and the world around us. I like borrowing elements from cinema to make engaging narratives and popularise non-fiction in India so that the pursuit to find the truth has a larger audience. I like making documentaries that stay with audiences, and trigger introspection.
