Hello, fellow creative soul. When I started this work 12 years ago, I couldn't believe how lucky I was to use my voice to connect with others. Now, thousands of projects later, this longing is still true. I love my craft. My vocal vibe is approachable, honest, playful, experienced, & warm. I also teach & present from my own healing about shifting Imposter Syndrome & Performance Anxiety using a body centric (somatic experiencing) lens. I teach workshops to audiences of all ages and backgrounds who are tired of wrestling with beliefs they aren't enough or don't belong. I will earn my SEP (Somatic Experiencing Practicer title) in 2024 after more than 400 hours of trainings, group consultations and private counseling.
