Children in a community located in the Shai-osudoku constituency are deprived from school and engaged in child labor
Benjamin, is a 12years old boy who was sent to a village to stay with a family member but getting to the village, he was forced into cattle rearing. That is under child labour act in the country. These activities of young boys being sent into cattle rearing has been a major challenge facing some parents but due to the lack of financial aid. These boys goes into such suffocating job just to be awarded a baby cow after three years of contract. I took the step to engage Benjamin and the owner of the cattle to find out why he goes to bring in young boys like Benjamin and not an albult into this cattle rearing business.
