Buying the right pair of shoes is a decision that needs to be dictated not just by what your wallet allows, but also the kind of runner you are.
Renu’s story is of a fearless girl who took her life into her own hands. Her decision to leave her parents home and live on her own at the age of 19 was a very difficult one, but she says that if she hadn’t left, she would have been married by now. Her story of prejudice and discrimination is one, millions of women face all over the world. This was part of a 11 part video documentary series.
Among the many residents of Delhi, bicycling to get fit, is a small yet growing number of enthusiasts who are cycling to cover greater distances. Some do it to experience the sights and sounds of the country and some for the sense of achievement. Shot and published this documentary to go along with a print article on the same topic for Mint (Hindustan Times Group)
A video portrait of an MTB stunt cyclist who recently won an international competition held in Poland, shot independently. The intro sequence was shot entirely in Jaipur and a lot of the cutaways in the film have been shot at Nahargarh fort in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
A video portrait I shot of a bicycle tourer, independently. Mainly to test some equipment (namely the DJI Osmo Gimbal stabilized camera) and to showcase my skills as a videographer and video editor.
