Comedian Grace Campbell and her father, journalist Alastair Campbell are encouraging people to open up and talk about periods through a series of amusing and endearing films they have created with NGOs End Water Poverty and WaterAid.
I worked as a full time Video Journalist for the news agency Australian Associated Press. I was filming and editing breaking news & feature stories; conducting research and identifying news stories; finding contributors; creating shot list as well as self shooting video and photo on location; carrying out interviews; editing and publishing news packages.

This video was one of the several videos we shot in Scotland to promote Scottish Water's Munro Challenge, back after 10 years to help raise vital funds to improve access to clean water in Malawi.
Cinema ad that I wrote, directed and produced for the charity WaterAid. It was shot in Madagascar in 2019.
The film follows TV presenter Nadia Sawalha and her gang trying to rid the town of the notorious period euphemisms. The short film, which is a spoof on British crime drama Peaky Blinders, has a serious message from WaterAid, who are calling on people to talk more openly about periods to help end the shame and stigma, helping women and girls everywhere to live their lives free from limitations.
