Former Tuacahn board member says recent termination of principal reflects ‘just the tip of the iceberg’
This story, which covered the allegedly wrongful termination of a high school principal, was the result of a months-long, multi-part investigative series. My reporting led to the high school breaking free from the arts organization to found a seaparate school. The new school's first order of business was to hire the maligned principal. The story won 1st place in the education story/ large newsroom category of the 2022 Society of Professional Journalists, Top of the Rockies Competition.
