I'm a writer, producer, director, editor and camera operator with years of content creation and development experience. I'm also an experienced director of photography with a passion for visual storytelling. I was recently associate director at MSNBC Films, the documentary department of the cable network. I produced shows, show opens, animation packages and wraps for documentaries hosted by NBC talent such as Rachel Maddow, Lester Holt, Chris Matthews and Contessa Brewer. I directed talent in the field and in the studio. I worked on specials and long-running series such as Lockup, Sex Slaves, Caught On Camera, Split Second Decision, In Other News, ISIS And The Internet, Dateline On ID, and other shows. After leaving my staff position, I freelanced on long-term MSNBC and NBC projects as a post-production supervisor.
I was a senior producer at The Travel Channel where I developed and produced many shows. I produced both field shows and studio shows. I traveled with crews all over the world producing shows featuring colorful people, places, events and cultures.

I produced, directed and edited this unique PBS feature documentary of the French and Indian War. As director of photography I supervised large scale re-enactments of battles and lifestyle scenes. I shot and conducted all interviews with scholars, historians and subject experts. I also supervised research and writing.
