Wilfree Vasquez Torres is a respected fashion consultant and is included among the fresh rising stars in fashion in NYC and DC. As well as being a sought-after stylist, Wilfree was the Head of Visual Merchandising for Club Monaco’s East Coast division before he left them in 2016 to start on his production career. He has also been the Lead Stylist/Brand Ambassador for Irina Shabayeva, the winner of the sixth season of Bravo TV’s Project Runway. Will has been her “right hand man,” helping to style her collections and produce her runway shows since 2011. At 8 years-old, Wilfree started putting outfits together and accessorizing his mom every morning. He spent hours creating original pieces on a borrowed dress form in his New York City apartment. A natural talent in all things creative, he has a keen eye for style, a meticulous attention to detail, and a passionate drive for all things fashion. Wilfree has experienced much success in costume designing, media wardrobing and hmu, fashion consulting & styling, visual merchandising & brand styling. He sews, embroiders, and specializes in creating stunning headpieces, custom bead and stud work by hand, and many other types of creative handwork you will see featured in his portfolio. Wilfree believes his calling as a fashionista and costume designer is to help people feel confident and empowered to discover their best selves through fashion. To that end, he has specialized training in body image and self-esteem. Wilfree is passionate about helping clients of all shapes, sizes, genders and ages feel confident in the clothing they wear. Whether he is creating innovative wardrobe options for a show’s director, lending his style expertise and warm reassurance to a teen who needs a confidence boost and a new Fall wardrobe, or styling final touches on models before the runway at Fashion Week, Wilfree remains an inspiring and charismatic figure in the world of fashion.
