I'm Remon Henes, an award-winning creative producer with 15 years of experience in creating visual stories, advertisements, and documentaries. I am the founder of Dot Lemon, a production company that provides different media and commercial services through storytelling. My passion is to capture people's stories, highlight their emotions and feelings, and make them visible as unique individuals. I am also passionate about creating platforms that celebrate the diverse and vibrant communities we live in. Five years ago, I moved to the United States to create EL-Saha, a platform brand under the Voice of America umbrella, where I led my team between Cairo and Washington, DC. Recently, I created DC Zesty Story, a platform that showcases the human side of the city, often associated with politics and bureaucracy. Through personal stories, projects, and talents, DC Zesty Story aims to highlight the unique experiences and perspectives that bring people together. Throughout my career, I have won numerous awards at international and local festivals, including the Telly Awards, the New York Film Festival, and Cannes. I believe that great stories are at the heart of all successful media, and I strive to help my clients tell their stories in the most compelling and effective way possible. Apart from producing outstanding work, I also have five years of experience teaching filmmaking, editing, and video journalism. I have trained many talented individuals in Egypt and the United States who are now colleagues and working with major media organizations worldwide.
