About
Documentary-style filmmaker and photographer from Prague. I am focused on docu-style filming, both documentary and corporate. In the past years, I was working with NGOs Adra, People in Need, and Doctors Without Borders on their projects in Ukraine, Cambodia, and Myanmar. I keep coming back to Eastern Ukraine, following the development in the region. The latest project from the area is the website Forgotten war depicting the ongoing war in Donbas. I am based in Prague where I am shooting mostly short commercial videos for digital advertising or working on TV documetaries series for Czech television. In order to be able to travel to high-risk areas, I took a safety course for humanitarian aid workers. I speak Czech, English, Slovak, and Russian.

Produced for Doctors without Borders - Médecins Sans Frontières
(Un)forgotten
In 2014, an armed conflict broke out in eastern Ukraine, leaving thousands of people without health care. Since 2015, Doctors without borders has been delivering medical care to the people affected by armed conflict in eastern Ukraine. Although the fighting did not stop completely, the situation has recently improved. In November 2019 last mobile clinic visited the villages near the front line.

Forgotten war
Web documentary showing daily life near the frontline in eastern Ukraine. There are many forgotten wars around the world and this is one of them. The town of Avdeevka lies in eastern Ukraine and in 2014 it found itself close to the front line between the Ukrainian army and pro-Russian separatists. In spite of the never-ending gunfire, the locals try to live as before. Still, some words have taken a new meaning for them
