I have been part time Bureau Chief for NTD News English devision in Scandinavia since 2009 (NTD Television is a Chinese independent Broadcaster that reach 200milion homes worldwide). In my position I have been responsible for delivering news videos from Scandinavia with up to 3 news teams. I have delivered up to 200 individual news videos for broadcast. I have also trained news teams in Brussels, Rome and Athens. selecting news stories, video-editing, filming, lights, sound, narration and scriptwriting have been weekly routines for me for some years now.

Johan did a great job in getting everything we asked for an going the extra creative mile. We were hoping to use an underwater camera, but when circumstances changed, he took the initiative to above the water with slow motion and other creative shots.
