My passion for weaving narratives through artistic mediums like dance, music, and technology has shaped my role as a Creative Director in both still and moving images. I've immersed myself in the study of communication theories and image experimentation, evolving from an intuitive portrait and nature photographer to a contributor in audiovisual realms, blending technical expertise with creative vision. I initially explored the artistic and commercial domains separately until merging them in "El sonido de las imágenes" (The Sound of Images), where I've pioneered new forms of audiovisual language. As Julieta Graña, Director of Photography, and Creative Director, my focus spans expanded cinema, fashion films, and video art.
The development of this piece traverses through each one of us, our changes, our processes, converging into this creative intertwining. The moving elements accompany us, guide us, and complement us to inhabit the body, emotions, and feelings.
Documentary by Canal Acequia about the 2nd edition of PoetaGráfico FEST. An art initiative in public spaces held in Mendoza in April 2023. This extensive exhibition, achieved through collaboration among artists, producers, government entities, and private companies under a collaborative management model, aimed to celebrate love and its various expressions. The goal was to reclaim sections of urban space for preservation and appreciation.
It's an eight-episode series, each dedicated to a different artist from the Mendoza scene. Created in collaboration with Canal Acequia and Tres Foquitos for the Poeta Gráfico Festival, the series explores the theoretical and cultural universe of how creators approach their artistic work. Embracing the concept of ATP (suitable for all audiences), the series integrates subtitles into the audiovisual language and aims to introduce sign language to the conventional viewer.
