Lived in Tokyo, working freelance doing camera, lights and production design for independent film productions, apprenticed for a traditional paper craft artisan, worked as art director for an NPO, established and operated a shared housing space in Tokyo, worked as a creative director for ecological video company Green TV Japan, and more.. Moved to Kamiyama, Tokushima prefecture in 2010. Established "Nagaoka Motion Pictures”. Currently based in Shikoku and active all over Japan making documentaries and advertisement videos. Education 1998 Left before completion: Tokyo Polytechnic University Department of Photography 1999 – 2002 Completed Elementary Course, Advanced Course, and Graduate Course at Film School of Tokyo. 2006 Graduated CG Program at Digital Hollywood, Tokyo.
