About

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communications and Journalism. As soon as I finished my major I started to work on public television as a journalist, then as a storyteller, and during the last years as a producer, focused on documentaries. Thanks to my writing and bilingual skills, knowledge of communications and affinity with arts and culture, I had the opportunity to be in charge of the strategic communications of the biggest jazz festival of the south area of Colombia. After that experience I have supervised the prior promotion process on social media and internet of most of the documentary series I have created. Due to the different fields approached by every project that I have been involved in, I have had the chance to learn about topics such as traditions of the Colombian pacific, environment, agriculture, education for children, geography, tourism and culture. In this process I have been lucky enough to get in contact with unique people from different organizations around the world and Colombia. This has given me so many perspectives about life and how things can influence people no matter how far they are from each other.
