I’m proud of the trust amazing artists have shared with me. Prince, U2, RunDMC, Wyclef Jean, Janet Jackson, just to name drop a few. They allow me to tell stories that are important to them. Companies I respect do the same thing. NBC, MTV, The Beijing Opera Company and more, come to me to add depth, beauty and immediacy to their projects. I know the power of great storytelling. My passion for production has taken me around the world – and as an entrepreneur, I continue to look for, develop and collaborate with others to bring fun, meaningful projects to life. These are a few of the highlights: - Director for 2 national Emmy-winning PBS specials with financial guru Suze Orman. - Director-Producer-Editor on legendary music producers Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis’s PBS documentary pilot profiling their work with artists Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Boyz II Men, and others. - Director-Producer of multi-cam projects with Garrison Keillor, Bobby McFerrin and David Hyde Pierce, along with 3 major productions for MN Opera, including their Pulitzer prize-winning “Silent Night.” - Creative Consultant-Developer with Bizarre Foods’ Andrew Zimmern, developing branded content and broadcast specials. - Director-Producer-Editor for a crazy live concert in Haiti, with the Fugees, before a crowd of nearly 65 thousand! A huge success – in spite of major remote challenges. - Director-Producer in South Africa for MTV’s “Advance Warning” (their American Idol like TV series). - Director-Collaborator with the BLACK Agency - producing an emotional story for St. Jude Children’s Hospital, featuring Drew Barrymore. - Owner-Creative Force behind Moving Pictures, Inc.. A full-service storytelling machine, built from years of moving forward and making opportunities where non seemed to exist before. Merged with Academy award-winning producer Bill Pohlad (River Road Entertainment) developing various projects. - Writer-Director-Producer-Host I received national and international attention from global film festivals with my feature documentary called “I Do?”.
