Rollingball is a video production company that offers all aspects of film, television and video production services. From concept through to post-production, we produce TV commercials, web videos, corporate and marketing videos, as well as independent projects, be it documentary, short or long format film. We are based in Newcastle and have additional spaces in Sydney and Melbourne from which we also operate. Over the past six years we have assembled a team of directors, producers, cinematographers, animators, editors and copywriters, whose collaboration allow each project to have a unique and effective vision from the outset. To ensure a seamless delivery, the Rollingball crews plan every shoot down to the last, meticulous, detail. Each commission, large or small, is treated with the same respect and we encourage client collaboration and creative input.
Rollingball produced a television commercial as part of a campaign to help recruit young people for a world voyage. When the commercial went to air nationally, the STS Young Endeavour team were inundated with applications.
The Small Acts Big Change campaign raises awareness of the correct way to recycle household waste. Rollingball Productions produced four television commercials for the campaign. Our Creative Directors created a series of television commercials using the same husband and wife characters to tell a story about recycling correctly.
Rollingball partnered with Awabakal Co-Operative to create an animated film to raise awareness of Eustachian tube health within the Indigenous community. VThe animation features a beat boxing L’il Mike who informs and educates the audience about the issue with his lyrics. We were really proud when Listen Up! was nominated for two awards.
