The Facebook Journalism Project
Facebook reached out to us to create a portrait of Richland Source, an online-only local newspaper in Mansfield Ohio that, with the help of Facebook's Journalism Project, had created a subscriber base to augment its traditional ad revenue. I worked with the Facebook team to co-write the story, then gathered Little Human Media's freelance production team and headed to Mansfield for a two day shoot. I co-wrote, produced, directed, shot the drone footage, and post-supervised this piece.

Necessity Part I: Oil, Water and Climate Resistance
I was the DP / cinematographer (both aerial and traditional) for filmmaker Jan Haaken’s remarkable documentary about Minnesota indigenous water protectors fighting to block a tar sands pipeline that would run through their lands. Necessity Part I is available to stream on iTunes, AppleTV+ as well as other streaming services.

Mighty Earth Fisheries Campaign
I had the chance to team up with the non-profit Mighty Earth to create a video highlighting their work to protect U.S. fisheries from the effects of climate change. We decided to go the comedic route and I wrote, cast, produced, directed and edited this piece which helped Mighty Earth raise awareness and garner thousands of signatures for their petition.
