Wayne was great to work with- having the right demeanor with crew and location contacts + being flexible on set and within a shoot day time frame as B-Cam (especially with biz owners ever changing on our travel show) is very important to our production. He also generously offered to shuttle crew around (despite them having vehicles already) to our each set on all shoot days so they could all stay together- which worked wonderfully on our set that required some light to heavy travel between set locations. Having the right work demeanor on set with biz owners at our locations and crew is essential to us as He delivered us some great b-roll & drone footage as well. Only on certain times he did choose to get some extra shots at some locations (during on and off rain weather) which is proactively great and appreciated but for our purposes we run a rather flexible but tight time frame shoot day so while this is a great asset to have to get extra shots for certain productions it was just not the case for ours- and schedule needed to be adhered to from Field Producers notes on the day in the field as it changed due to weather/biz situations that arrised. Overall great to work with!
