I'm Mark Bertulfo, a filmmaker and story teller living in the Philippines. For more than 5 years now, I have been documenting unique events and programs for Non Government Organizations and Corporations. I've seen and covered very diverse projects ranging from surgical missions, to outreach programs, and even the occasional corporate ads. Travelling to the outskirts of the city to the far flung provinces of the Philippines. I can do work on my own, arranging everything from logistics to schedules and the actual filming. But I'm also a good team player and capable of contributing my share of results with the rest of the group. I am ready to tell your story.
This film is about the collective effort of several Non Government Organizations and the Local Government Unit of Balayan, Batangas to provide surgical aid to the indigent population and uplift the medical standard of the city.
