I'm a journalist and multimedia producer currently living in New York, but originally from Spain. I have produced video and cross-platform content on global affairs and social justice for media and non-profit organizations, capturing stories from Colombia, Guatemala, Uganda, Sierra Leone and Perú among other countries. My most recent short documentary "I Am Not Who They Think I Am" was co-produced with Mediastorm and featured by The Atlantic as Editors' Pick. I have extensive experience in written and audiovisual journalism and have worked for media such as El País, ARA, The New York Times, The New Yorker and The Wall Street Journal.
I co-produced, filmed and edited two video stories of people who are in prision because of drug-induced homicide laws. The videos humanize the consequences of these problematic laws, how they affect people's lives and that of their families.
