About Eduardo M.

I have more than 20 years of professional experience in TV and video. Started out in Brazil as a field producer for commercials; after 3 years, worked as chief archivist for TV shows, implementing a very fast way to find a required shot in no time; that prompted me to work as director's assistant for a year; then, started working as an editor. In 2000, moved to Los Angeles as foreign media representative, working at Pacific Factory Entertainment until 2003 and at FJ Productions until 2009 as senior video editor in several TV shows. From 2009 to 2011, worked as producer/director/videographer/editor for Globo TV, sending sports stories weekly to Brazil. Since 2012, I am back in Brazil and have a small production company, producing short documentaries using all the experience built in these past years. I believe I am perfect to work in short docs that tell informative yet emotional personal stories. I'm also a music composer, which helps me find the perfect song to fit these stories.

Lucas Costanzi is a Brazilian journalist who has been working with audiovisual production since 2006. He is a specialist in documentary making, certified by ESEC- École Supérieure d'Etudes Cinématographiques, from Paris, where he produced the short documentary Ruche Ouvrière. In 2015 Lucas made Tormenta, his first feature movie.

About Cassio T.

Cassio Tolpolar was born and raised in the south of Brazil. He worked for seven years as an Assistant Director on various documentaries, short films, TV shows and commercials. Cassio’s debut as a Director and Writer, the short Venus, was screened in a number of film festivals around the world and won several awards, including Best Director and Best Cinematography. It led him to direct for television and, ultimately, to move to the USA and complete the MFA in Film at the San Francisco Art Institute. He has been affiliated with film institutions such as Sundance (Sundance/NHK Award and the Film Festival), Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival and San Francisco Jewish Film Festival. Upon his arrival in the US, he worked in a number of experimental short films, TV shows and documentaries. Cassio has recently returned to Brazil, where he is promoting his latest documentary, Mamaliga Blues.
